The site is accessible at biohazard-protection.com. It does not offer a user account, contact form or comment space. Its contents provide general information; no medical data is required to consult them.
Consultation Notes
The preparation sheet has optional notes. This tool does not send their content or retain it in cookies or local storage. Your browser may restore fields independently. Avoid unnecessary identifiers.
Data and purposes
The consultation may generate technical logs containing, among other things, IP address, date and time, page requested, status of request and browser information. These data are used to ensure the operation and safety of the site, to diagnose incidents and to prevent abuse. These treatments are based on the legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable and secure service and, where applicable, on legal obligations.
If you write to the owner, your e-mail address, the information you provide and the exchanges are used to respond to and follow up on your request, on the basis of the legitimate interest in processing the applications received. Do not transmit medical data, identity documents or sensitive information without need.
Searches and filters of directories are used to display the requested results. The terms in the address of a page may appear in the technical journals. Avoid entering sensitive personal information.
Google AdSense advertising and cookies
The site integrates Google AdSense to finance its operation through advertising. Google and its partners can collect technical information, cookies identifiers and navigation data to spread ads, measure their performance, limit their repetition and prevent fraud. Depending on your consent and applicable settings, this data can also be used to customize ads.
A cookie or other tracer allows you to store information on your device. Tracers strictly necessary for the service may be used without consent; advertising tracers subject to consent require prior agreement. The lack of choice is not acceptable.
You can refuse optional uses or withdraw a given consent. When a consent manager is presented, his or her orders allow you to choose or change your preferences. The browser settings also allow for the deletion or blocking of cookies, but do not replace the collection of consent and may change the operation of certain services.
To learn about Google's practices, see use of data on partner sites, its privacy policy and Google advertising settings.
Recipients and transfers
The data required for operation and applications shall be intended for the owner and the service providers concerned, in particular the hosting company and the courier provider, within the limits of their tasks. They may be communicated to a competent authority where a legal obligation imposes it.
Google and the relevant advertising partners process data related to their services according to their own responsibilities and policies. These treatments may involve transfers outside the European Union. The applicable safeguards are detailed in their policies, including the transfer mechanisms provided for in the regulations.
Links to external websites lead you to services that are subject to their own privacy rules.
Conservation and security
The data shall be kept for the period necessary for their purpose. Exchanges shall be kept to process the application and its follow-up, and shall be deleted or archived only if there is a legal obligation or the defence of a right warrants it. The maintenance of newspapers takes into account security needs and applicable obligations; that of Google cookies and data depends on the service, its settings and your choices.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are designed to limit unauthorized access, losses and disclosures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on the conditions laid down in the regulations, you may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or limitation of processing of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and request portability where this right applies. You may withdraw consent at any time, without calling into question prior lawful treatments.
Send your request to contact@biohazard-protection.com specifying the right concerned. A proportionate verification of your identity may be requested in case of doubt. A response shall be provided within the time limits laid down in the regulations, in principle one month, with the possibility of a reasoned extension for complex applications.
You can also send a complaint to the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms (CNIL).
